Deputy mayor of Mayenne, she is the candidate of the New Popular Front, nominated by the Socialist Party.
In a press release dated June 18, 2024, Adrien Mottais, Valérie Jones, Jean-Michel Tridon, Joëlle Rouyère, Benoît Faucon, Francine Angot and Jean-Yves Bréhin affirm that “the New Popular Front is a branch of La France insoumise. By making common cause with her ideas, Stéphanie Lefoulon embodies her unreason.”
They question Jean-Pierre Le Scornet, mayor of Mayenne. “We, elected officials from Mayenne together, refuse the extreme left. We, elected officials of Mayenne written together, refuse the extreme right. And you, Mr. Mayor of Mayenne? »
