Candidates for the legislative elections had until 6 p.m. this Sunday June 16 to declare themselves to the Gers prefecture. The candidates for deputy in the department are now all known. The campaign is officially launched.

While some names had already been known for several days, there were finally 15 who decided to embark on the race against time for the early legislative elections of June 30 and July 7: eight candidates submitted their candidacy in the first constituency of Gers and seven in the second. Of the 15 Gers residents hoping for a seat in the National Assembly, nine of them had already presented themselves in 2022.

Below, details of the candidates for the two constituencies in the order of the draw carried out this Sunday, June 16 (candidate; substitute).
