All French singers are called Michel, it’s well known. And for ten years, Les Michels have covered the greatest hits of French singers, Michel Fugain, Michel Delpech, and even Michel Aznavour, Michel Halliday or Michel Dassin.

They actually perform, at the request of the public, songs by deceased artists whom they all call Michel, like Michel Berger but also Michèle Piaf, Michel Brassens, Michelle Dalida…

We recently discovered them in our room at the Pentes de la Croix Rousse, Atout bout d’chant and it was an absolutely delicious moment

With humor and finesse, accompanied by a double bass and a ukulele, the crazy duo comme il peut performs songs by deceased singers at the request of the public

But who is behind the Michels? There are two of them, alias Cédric Laronche and Arnaud Delosanne. They are accompanied by a double bass and a ukulele.

They divert and tasty tinker with the songs of French cultural heritage

They respond to requests from the public with great ease.

The Michels share double bass and ukulele to revisit the French-speaking repertoire with humor and finesse

. Interactive and transgenerational, their show allows us to come together around songs that we rediscover in an astonishing, moving and jubilant simplicity.

They can sing in Yogurt if people really want it.

For those who don’t know them, don’t hesitate to walk through the door of the Théâtre de l’Arac Coeur from July 3, you absolutely won’t regret it!

Vocals, ukulele and double bass: Michel (Cédric Laronche) and Michel (Arnaud Delosanne)
