The Department of Manche has just signed with the municipality of Yvetot-Bocage, a “Rural Investment Fund” partnership at the Maison du Département in Saint-Lô.
It was initialed by Alain Croizer, mayor of Yvetot-Bocage, Jean Morin, president of the departmental council, Michel de Beaucoudrey, departmental advisor in charge of contractual policyof thesupport for projects and developmentsin the presence of Alain Navaret, president of the Territorial Support commission at the departmental council.
120,000 euros from the Department
The project of the commune of Yvetot-Bocage, concerning the transformation of a building, was retained. This project has existed for several years, namely to take over the old building “ school-town hall » to make a new town hall to current standardsand with a little more space .
To carry it out, the municipality has amobilizable envelope of €100,000 from the Department. Furthermore, in order to support communitiesin the implementation of exemplary projects in terms of ecological and inclusive transitions the Department is setting up a 20% bonus of the amount of financial aid allowing the municipality to benefit from an additional bonus of €20,000.

Thanks to the Rural Investment Fund, the 373 eligible municipalities can, over a period of two years, requestfinancial assistancefor projects around themes.
