The company “SOLEAL” is an agri-food factory based in Labenne and which cans corn and beans for the Bonduelle brand. Throughout the summer, the company collects vegetables from the region and packages them in its warehouses.
300 positions to be filled now
The company is offering a massive seasonal recruitment campaign: 300 positions are available until the end of the season. Among all the positions, around thirty were entrusted to the A Lundi employer group to recruit for two specific types of positions: Forklift operators (10) and Production operator (20).
The forklift driver’s missions: ensure logistics and/or handling in a warehouse, store pallets of cans (full or empty)use a manual or mechanical pallet truck.
The operator’s missions: perform a specific task on a production line (adjust cutters, manage sterilization, sorting operation, industrial cleaning, etc.).
CONTRACT Seasonal fixed-term contract from June to October with possibility of renewal. Operation 35 hours per week in 4/8 (2 mornings, 2 afternoons, 2 nights, 2 rests). Variable salary depending on production, participation and profit-sharing bonuses. Hire date may be changed depending on weather conditions.
For forklift operators, similar experience and obtaining CACES are required. (Health and Safety). For operators, beginners are accepted. In both cases, the missions are quite repetitive.
