Two LFI, two PS, one PC and one EELV will defend the colors of the Popular Front on June 30 and July 7

Having sealed an agreement after tough negotiations, the left nominated its candidates in the constituencies.

In Gard, it invested two from La France Insoumise, two from the Socialist Party, one from the Communist Party and one from Europe Ecology Les Verts (3 LFI, 1 PS, 1PC, 1 EELV in 2022).

On the first that the first federal of the PS Pierre Jaumain coveted, she maintained the elected LFI opposition from Beaucaire Charles Menard who had not crossed the threshold of the first round in 2022.

On the second, she chose Katy Guyot, the socialist, first deputy mayor of Vauvert and regional councilor.

As in 2022, the nomination went to the communist Sabine Oromi in third.

In the fourth, the socialist Arnaud Bord, beaten by the RN Pierre Meurin, was nominated again.

On the fifth, Michel Sala (LFI) will be a candidate for his own succession. Finally, the sixth was reserved for Europe Écologie Les Verts, in the person of Béatrice Leccia, municipal councilor in Calvisson and spokesperson for the party in Gard. Exit, therefore, Nicolas Cadène invested in 2022.
