In the family since the French Revolution, it was first transformed into a gîte 40 years ago then into a hotel-restaurant around twenty years ago by Alain Larsonneur, the grandfather. Mathieu is a young chef who took over the family kitchen nine months ago. However, he is always in constant search of excellence, in order to honor the family business. To support him in this quest for perfection, he can count on his partner Clarisse who is by his side through thick and thin: it is she who manages the room of 30 seats… and the boundless energy of the chef! »

His presentation by M6: “Frédéric Giraud is originally from Auvergne and has always been a cook. He first worked all over the world before finally settling down 24 years ago in this beautiful region of Brittany, which immediately adopted him. For 19 years, he has been at the head of this charming inn, nestled at the bottom of the estuary, which has become an essential address in the region. This 80-seat restaurant owes its success to the authenticity of its cuisine and when Frédéric Giraud talks about it, it is with great emotion and devotion. Proof that its cuisine honors its region, it attracted another great ambassador from Brittany, who filled the Stade de , played in legendary venues like the Olympia, notably thanks to his song The White Hermine: the singer Gilles Servat is also a regular at the inn!

This risk-taking has paid off for Béatrice Francout since the people who come there love her cuisine and the restaurant is often full! To manage the enthusiasm of visitors, she has by her side Zangha, her apprentice who accompanies her in the kitchen, as well as Tamara who helps her in the dining room. Her restaurant is defined as a place of comfort and conviviality and this is exactly what Béatrice Francout wanted to create, who nicknamed her establishment Brest Bouchon, in homage to the famous Lyonnais Bouchons, places of sharing and delicacies around the cuisine of our greats. -mothers. »
