Conferences
The organic fair will be enhanced by the presence of two guests of honor, who will each offer two conferences.
Élisabeth Busser, doctor of pharmacy, ethnopharmacologist and phytotherapist, will discuss “ the importance of our diversity, plants ”, (Saturday of 14 h to 15 h) and “ Vitality for all with herbal medicine and naturopathy » (Sunday 15 h to 16 h).
Dr. Hervé Staub, general practitioner, with qualifications in clinical phyto-aromatherapy, biology, sports medicine and aerospace medicine, will speak about “ Water, vector of life » (Saturday of 15 h 30 to 16 h 30) and “ The importance of the vibrational quality of foods » (Sunday from 10 h to 11 h).
Also on the program, Saturday from 5 p.m. h to 18 h, the film Cultivate participation » by Nature et Progrès Alsace-Lorraine, Sunday 13 h 30 to 14 h 30, « plant-based manure, manufacturing and use in the garden » by Francis Scholtès, garden architect, and 16 h 30 to 17 h 30, « Water management in the garden » by Jacques Banvoy, biological research technician, now retired.
