In Vannes, 600 social housing units will be subject to energy renovation by Morbihan Habitat within three years. The objective of the social landlord is to improve its housing in terms of energy performance diagnosis. Six projects are scheduled.
Photovoltaic panels in Cliscouët
In the Hameaux de Cliscouët, rue Montaigne and allée de l’île Holavre, ten housing units will have their roof windows and entrance and kitchen doors replaced and the installation of photovoltaic panels to increase the DPE from G to C. Other work will concern the sanitary pack and the repair of the roof – terrace.
Repair of flat roofs in Avel Mor
In Avel Mor, rue Yves de Kerguelen, the work will concern: the replacement of landing doors, the repair of roof terraces, the installation of thermostatic valves for 149 apartments to increase the DPE from F to C. The bathtubs will be replaced by showers.
Bathtubs replaced by showers in the Ponant city
In the Ponant city, Place Fareham, the energy works (to move from D to C) will concern 109 apartments (exterior joinery, roof windows, attic insulation, exterior thermal insulation, electric radiators, etc.). Morbihan Habitat will take advantage of this project to replace the bathtubs with showers, redo the intercom, motorize the hall doors and install roller shutters on the living room bays. The renovation of the bathrooms and the beautification of the common areas are also on the program.
Exterior thermal insulation in La Bourdonnaye and the Guirriec city
At La Bourdonnaye, the lessor will carry out exterior thermal insulation, replace the VMC and electric radiators and remove the common electric underfloor heating to upgrade the DPE from E to C. Electrical and fire safety is also planned.
Rue du Four, 44 housing units will also be subject to rehabilitation to increase their DPE from E to B. For the Guirriec city, next to rue Jérôme d’Arradon, the DPE will go from E to C for 40 apartments thanks in particular to the installation of thermal insulation from the outside.
