By following with particular interest the decisions of the Head of State, the Republican Vision Movement, as sentinel of the Republic, monitoring body, proposal and member of the Conference of Leaders, is in perfect harmony with the acts of sovereignty that the President of the Republic and his Prime Minister are asking.
Indeed, His Excellency the President of the Republic Bassirou Diomaye Faye visited the Mbour 4 site a few days ago. The first part of the site is located in the commune of Thies, while the second part is more recent and covering more than 2000 hectares is located in the commune of Keur Mousseu. During this visit, the President discussed with the Central Directors, Regional and Departmental Directors on the distribution of plots and their allocations. He thus noted the serious distortions linked to equality and fairness between citizens.
On site, the President also reaffirmed his firm desire to put an end to all these crimes and the importance he attaches to social justice. It therefore decided to suspend all operations on the Mbour 4 land and on all land presenting similar dispute situations.
And it is in this context that the Republican Vision movement invites him to do the same for the commune of Louga with its land bulimia scandals, something I have always fought and opposed so that it goes to the rights holders.
At the end of this, a government seminar opened at the Palais de la République under the direction of the Head of State His Excellency Bassirou Diomaye Faye. The seminar brought together the head of government, Ministers and Secretaries of State. During this intense day of work, the President reminded the Ministers of the Republic of his determination to see the government operate effectively to meet the expectations of the population while promising a profound and systemic transformation of the administration and to achieve this objective, the Head of State estimated that this government seminar should provide Ministers and Secretaries of State with the fundamental knowledge and tools necessary to effectively lead and manage ministerial departments.
He will not have failed to mention the values which must guide Ministers, in particular the sense of honor among others, availability, humility and skills.
The Republican Vision Movement will not fail to remind His Excellency the President of the Republic that accountability remains a social demand just like easing the blow of life. But it would still be necessary for the Senegalese to lucidly observe the implementation of government policy.
