The Rotaract club of Laval (Mayenne) is “an association of committed young people from Mayen, aged 18 to 35”, recalls Hugo Richir, co-founder of the club. Strong “about ten members”the latter organizes “actions, with humanitarian purposes, at the local, national and international levels”.
