The property tax will not increase in Jouy-le-Moutier (Val-d’Oise). The commune of Hautil has decided not to activate the tax lever, thus saving the wallets of Jocassian owners.
“Despite persistent inflation, the sharp increase in expenses due to the rise in energy prices and government salary measures”, the municipality has chosen to “stay the course on its objectives, due to controlled budgetary management and rigorous. “
“Keeping this commitment is not such a simple thing,” explains the mayor, Hervé Florczak (dvg). Keeping this commitment requires examining operating expenses every day, which we do to ensure sound budgetary management of the municipality, sound management of the money of all Jocassians. Despite the rise in prices, we achieve this without denying or reducing the quality of public service. »
In Jouy-le-Moutier, the property tax has been unchanged since 2020.
