In the school workshop, the course is taught by Marius Cosset.

They spend two days in class and the rest of the time, they are in workshops in their company. They learn the essentials of mechanics, but also what concerns the environment and safety. We review everything so that they have good foundations […] These are the young people we need, because it is very difficult to find them. It’s missing!

The training is aimed at young people aged 16 to 29. A project set up based on an observation.

Today, what led us to open this training are strong recruitment needs. We have a crying need for young people who want to work on electric vehicles, on hybrid vehicles, who would like to become team leaders, workshop managers, etc. Our objective is to provide training that is different from what exists.

The group plans to develop its offering with baccalaureate and BTS level training in the years to come. GBH also wishes to offer training to automotive professionals to improve their skills.
