Paris: Former fundraiser suspected of rape and sexual assault

The forty-year-old had been indicted before being imprisoned on April 23 in Paris for “spousal rape and sexual assault, harassment and degradation of living conditions”. All these crimes were allegedly committed over the last four years against women he supervised during his professional activities. The psychiatric expert who examined this man who has lived in France for twenty years, father of a little girl, believes that he does not suffer from any mental disorder. Furthermore, he has no criminal record. Before the police and the investigating judge, he denied the facts of which he is accused. “He believes that his behavior does not fall under the law”, specifies the reporting judge.
