The repair work on the 1st zone of the RN20, between Saint-Jean-de-Verges and Pamiers, has been extended by one day. The start of work on the 2nd zone will begin on September 18 and will continue until September 28. The 1st zone, including access to CHIVA, will be reopened on the afternoon of September 17. From September 18, exits 6 (La Tour du Crieu) and 7 (Verniolle) will be closed to traffic in the south-north direction. Closure of exit ramps 7 and 6: motorists will have to take interchange 8 (Dalou) and follow the RD 13, the RD 624 and RD 119 via Pamiers to ramp 6. Closure of entry ramp 7: vehicles will have to follow the RD 12 then RD 119 via Pamiers to ramp 6. The exits remain open to traffic in the north-south direction, on a single lane, with a speed limit of 80 km/h. Road users are asked to plan their journeys, particularly during rush hour, and to strictly respect the signs as well as the speed limits and safety distances.
