Gusts of wind from Wednesday evening
This Wednesday early in the evening, the Paris region should be spared according to forecasts from Météo France which announces “generally weak to moderate wind”. It is in the second part of the evening that the wind will rise with gusts reaching 55 km/h locally.
At the end of Thursday morning, gusts of 65 km/h are expected. In the evening, a fairly strong South-South-West wind will blow up to 75 km/h.
This Wednesday, Météo France placed 75 departments in yellow vigilance for winds, floods, avalanches and wave-submersion. Among these territories are Paris, Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis and Val-de-Marne on wind alert.
