APAJH Gironde is a departmental association which supports nearly 3,500 vulnerable children or adults with disabilities in 33 establishments and services. Under the authority of the Director of the establishment, APAJH Gironde is recruiting a Deputy Director (M/F) for the Specialized Reception Center Le Barail in Mérignac. This establishment welcomes 52 adults with multiple disabilities or autism spectrum disorders 365 days a year. It offers several types of support: boarding school, temporary reception, day reception. MAS Le Barail obtained “Cap’Handéo Services and establishments – Autism” certification in 2021 and is engaged in a similar polyhandicap certification process.
Main missions entrusted:
– Manage the organization of the work of paramedical and educational teams on a daily basis and ensure coordination
– Guarantee the development, coherence and multidisciplinary implementation of personalized projects concerning both the care project and the psycho-educational project, in conjunction with the nursing and paramedical team, the psychologist, the project coordinators and the team educational support
– Support the implementation of interventions and support within the framework of personalized projects and monitor their effectiveness
– Be a guarantor of interdisciplinarity and support of team cohesion
– Implement, monitor and promote the process of continuous quality improvement, within the framework of the Cap Handéo certification standards and the High Authority of Health
– Work and develop network partnerships in the territory and ensure their coordination
– Ensure the implementation and application of the Recommendations for Good Professional Practices of the High Authority of Health, particularly in terms of support for people with multiple disabilities and autism spectrum disorders
– Carry out on-call duties during the week and weekends following the pre-established annual calendar

– Holder of level 7 training in management of medical-social establishments and services, or equivalent
