There were also 5,034 payment orders. “ More and more disputes are resolved through negotiation, relates the president of the court. This helps preserve the chances of continuing the business subsequently. » To cope with the increase in the number of legal proceedings, the Bordeaux commercial court opened an additional chamber. There are therefore three of them to judge Gironde cases. “ And they are running at full speed » specifies the president.
He took advantage of this solemn moment to clarify the fears of leaders: economic crisis, political uncertainties, increase in protectionism, growing aggressiveness in business, increase in the cost of materials and difficulty in personnel management.
