2 The National Orchestra of Brittany
On Saturday, February 1, Jory Vinikour, renowned as much for his interpretations of baroque music as for the presentation of contemporary works for harpsichord, invites you to discover this instrument through the ages. To support him on this journey inspired by the musical legacy of Jean-Sébastien Bach, the harpsichordist surrounded himself with 23 musicians from the Orchester national de Bretagne (ONB), including the two soloists Fabien Boudot and Éric Bescond.
True pillars of this program, two essential concerti by the master Johann Sebastian Bach will be the starting point and arrival point of this journey. The public will also be able to discover two other works and two other eras: a work composed by his son Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach and the French creation of an amplified harpsichord concerto by Michael Nyman.
See you on Saturday, February 1 at 8:30 p.m. at the Palais des congrès et de la culture. Prices: from 20 to 27 €.
