MUSICA AUBONNE: Irish baroque music with François Lazarevitch and the musicians of Saint-Julien

Sunday January 12, 2025

The “Musica Eaubonne” association offers us a new Irish baroque music concert with François Lazarevitch and the musicians from Saint-Julien.
« Back in Eaubonne, the musicians of Saint Julien venture into Celtic lands with learned and refined pieces, a recreational repertoire of Gaelic songs and Irish baroque dances. Embodied in an emblematic language, dances and instruments, Irish music carries with it the imprint of island poetry and a turbulent history. »

And let’s not forget that in addition to the concert, a discovery workshop hosted by professional musicians is offered to the attention of young audiences: “ Aimed at children aged 5 to 10 accompanied by their parents, these workshops allow them to discover and get to grips with one of the works performed during the afternoon concert. The first part of the workshop is devoted to the discovery of the work through musical games, songs, improvisations, small percussions… During the second part, participants attend the dress rehearsal of the work given in concert. ‘afternoon. » reminds us of the association “Musica Eaubonne”
