What is the plot
The long-awaited film Gladiator IIwith Paul Mescal and Pedro Pascal in the main roles, is finally available on Amazon Prime Video.
Set in 211 AD, during the reign of co-emperors Caracalla and Geta, the film explores themes of political intrigue, loyalty, ambition, power, masculinity and the legacy of Maximus.

Gladiator II tells the story of Lucius Verus Aurelius (played by Mescal), who works to save the Roman Empire from corruption within its current leadership.
The film premiered in Sydney on October 30, 2024, before releasing in theaters on November 22. It is currently receiving positive feedback from audiences and critics.
