A meeting with the novelist Benoît Séverac is offered by the media library on Friday January 24, as part of the “Spotlight on Black” event.

As part of its “Spotlight on Black” animation dedicated to crime fiction, the Grand Auch media library is organizing a meeting with Benoît Séverac, author of novels and short stories in black and detective literature (adult and youth), on Friday January 24 at 6:30 p.m., in partnership with the Les Petits Papiers bookstore.

This meeting with the public will be followed at 9 p.m. by a musical reading by the author with Jean-Paul Raffit, from the guest room orchestra. The two artists will accompany each other on a stage plunged into darkness, the notes of one punctuating the words that the other reads. The work in question is entitled “The sound of our lost footsteps”, published by Editions de la Manufacture de livres in September 2024.
