On Wednesday January 15, viewers will be able to discover a new episode of the famous show Cauchemar en cuisine on M6. This was filmed in Bourg-lès-Valence, apparently at Barra Escriva, at Steph and Ju’s place, located at Place des Rencontres.
The bar-restaurant reopened with a new couple of managers in November 2023. Filming took place at the beginning of summer 2024. According to the Coulisses website. TV, the atmosphere was tense and chef Philippe Etchebest even had to “stop filming before the start of the second service”.

The presence of the emblematic chef in Bourg-lès-Valence has in any case not gone unnoticed. “I saw him coming out of the media library and he invited me for a drink,” Patrick, a Drôme resident who was delighted with this meeting, tells us.
