In the United States, Jasmine Lawrence and Eric Murphy announced their engagement on November 27 on their respective Instagram accounts. With the help of a video that smells of marshmallows and rose petals, they revealed that they had taken the next step, after three years of relationship. In addition to the love that connects the two lovebirds, they share something quite extraordinary in common: their dads are actors and have already toured together on several occasions.
Jasmine Lawrence (28 years old) is the eldest of six children. Her parents are none other than Martin Lawrence, and Patricia Southall (Miss USA 1993). After a year of dating, the couple finally separated. The actor subsequently met Shamicka Gibbs with whom he had two other daughters: Iyanna Faith (24 years old) and Amara Trinity (22 years old). Unfortunately, after fifteen years of living together and two years of marriage, they divorced. For her part, Patricia Southall married footballer Emmitt Smith with whom she had three children: Emmitt Smith Jr (22 years old), Skylar Smith (21 years old) and Elijah Smith (14 years old).
