Verdun-sur-Garonne. Notre Dame held its music festival on June 19

There was a crowd this Wednesday at the hamlet of Notre Dame de la Croix with more than two hundred people coming to attend the end of year concert of the “Joe Groove” contemporary music school located at 187, chemin de Tanseput in Verdun /Garonne. The 50 students of the school, each in turn and according to their level, played a piece of varying length on their instrument under the watchful eye of their respective teacher.

Three teachers supervise adults and children: Bernard Delcuzouls on piano and singing; on bass, guitar and awakening Olivier Solana and on drums, awakening… the founder of the school and the Drums of the Bronx, Johan Molinarie. This end-of-year show is growing more and more and improving, but above all it allows students to put themselves in real stage conditions. The association, created in 2019, made sure this year to add games for children and two Food Trucks (Le Pastou and Ho Wok). The refreshment bar is run by volunteers. A big thank you to all the partners for their support! We can follow Joe Molinarie during his tours with the group TNT outside of school classes which take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For the September school year, you can register now: 07 49 68 56 25.
