The Brochouette association, created at the end of 2019 by a group of friends from Bressuirais, remains the course in its desire to participate in the development of the territory by organizing festive and unifying events. She is already hard at work for the 4e edition of the Melting Potes festival, which will be held at the Château de Bressuire on Saturday July 6, 2024. More than 2,300 festival-goers gathered last year.

A stage dedicated to emerging local artists

The almost one hundred and twenty volunteers of the association are increasing their enthusiasm as the event approaches, which now offers two stages spaced around fifty meters apart: the main stage and that of the friends on which local and emerging artists will perform. with the aim of making them known. The latter, which was initially used to host set changes, now has its own programming and will allow spectators to attend performances continuously.

Presence of the leader of Thérapie Taxi

The portcullis will be raised at 4:30 p.m. and the festival will end at 2 a.m. On the stage of the friends’ stage will be the Nantes pop artist Nuaje (6 p.m. and 7:25 p.m.), the Bressuire rock quartet Pretty Helmets (9 p.m.) and the Thouarsais DJ collective JJ b2b Palak (Davycrocket Crew, 10 p.m. 40 and 12:15 a.m.).

The main stage will first welcome The Doug, a young rapper from Clermont-Ferrand (6:30 p.m.), then the charismatic Parisian Zélie (7:55 p.m.) and the Nantes rapper Coelho (9:35 p.m.).

Avignon resident Zaoui (11:10 p.m.), one of the founders and singers of the group Thérapie Taxi, will defend the titles of Pulsations, his first solo album. The astonishing Nantes duo Samifati, which combines violin and electro music, will close the event (12:45 a.m.) with a musical and visual initiatory journey.

The members of the association would like to pay a vibrant tribute to Pierre Couturier, their friend who was a Brochouette volunteer, who died a month ago following cancer. Part of the money raised during the festival will be donated to Movember, an association fighting prostate and testicular cancer.
