Report currently being written

Concretely, according to the FDJP, the Federal Office of Justice (FOJ) is currently drafting a report and examining how to improve the situation of non-binary people. In a next step, it will involve the individuals concerned in order to identify the problems and discrimination they face on a daily basis.

On July 1, the federal office will organize a workshop on this theme, designed in a participatory manner, writes the DFJP. The wishes and needs of those affected will be taken into account. However, such a process takes time and money. The final report should be available by summer 2025.
