IN PICTURES – an illustrators’ show around the car of tomorrow in Sochaux

On the way to the future! The Peugeot adventure museum in Sochaux welcomes the 2nd Illustrators show this Saturday and Sunday. Organized as part of the “Pays de Montbéliard French capital of culture 2024” label, the event allows visitors to admire hundreds of postcards, posters or paintings.

A clearly visible message

Entitled “draw me the car of the future”, the competition is intended to be both aesthetic and a source of reflection! 14 illustrators participated by drawing on the theme.

The debate is notably launched by Jacques Migot, one of the organizers of the event, member of the association of the cartophile circle of the Pays de Montbéliard. Through multiple drawings with a single model of a fictitious car, the author presented different fuels.

Personified, the cars speak in particular in comic bubblesfor example extolling the merits of the fuel cell. The drawings project a universe without essence in 2050!

The artistic is also in the spotlight

If you have the soul of an artist, flying car designs also await visitors to the show.

The illustrators’ fair is open until this Sunday in a dedicated room next to the Peugeot Adventure museum in Sochaux. Entrance is free but access to the event is from the side of the museum brewery. You must therefore pay for a ticket if you also want to visit the cars on display at the Peugeot Adventure Museum.
