We suspected that it would eventually happen, after the show offered for several weeks by Kendrick Lamar and Drakeas well as the others concerned, during the somewhat heated phase of “clashes” at the top of the game. Now, any rapper wanting to get a little attention will start releasing diss tracks to attract a little attention. Rick Ross tried, The Game tried, now it’s Cardi B and Bia’s turn to throw insults at each other via interposed piece.
It is visibly Cardi B who lit the fuse firstvia the end of his verse on the remix of “Wanna Be” with GloRilla and Megan Thee Stallion. The two rappers have been looking for each other for several months, probably a matter of ego. In her verse, Cardi B accuses her rival Bia of having no originality, but also of not assuming her “subliminals”, these barbs sent without giving a name, and of being a failed version of her.
Bia’s response was not long in coming, since the young woman also released a diss track, in which she insinuates that Cardi B cheated on Offset. An insinuation that made Cardi B freak out, who bluntly declared in a short video “If you lie about my pussy, I’m going to sue you”. Result : Bia officially called her diss track “Sue Meee?”, to show that she wasn’t really afraid of trials, that she still had cases under her belt and that what’s more, threatening her opponents with taking them to court isn’t very hip hop! Additionally, in the videowe see a message from Offset who writes that his wife cheated on him. Not sure things will calm down, the two rappers seem heated.
