“Le Temps” offers free access to cultural events not to be missed, from May to September, throughout French-speaking Switzerland. Find out.

You have to go see Julien Paplomatas and Florian Albin at Alchimic in Geneva. Their duet is incredible and unprecedented. The first is a beatboxer who, with his magical mouth, produces an infinite number of sounds. The second is a mime who, with his elastic body, produces an infinity of gestures and expressions. The result, Kaboom, a journey from Tex Avery cartoons to fairy tales where princesses locked in a tower await their prince charming, or rather their freedom. Besides, it could also be that a rabbit devours its own magician…

In short, from technique to imagination, everything explodes in this show orchestrated by Günther Baldauf, with the help of Marjolaine Minot. “We wanted this creation without words, but with a lot of energy, to speak to everyone, hence the very colorful and popular universe,” explains the director after the performance.
