Residents of rue de Larras in Bons-en-Chablais are requesting action from the municipality to improve safety and accessibility in our neighborhood, due to current traffic conditions and the state of infrastructure. We ask:

Repair of sidewalks and road surfaces on Rue de Larras
The sidewalks and pavement of Rue de Larras are degraded and impassable, making pedestrian travel uncomfortable and risky, particularly for the elderly, families with children, and people with reduced mobility. We are requesting a complete repair of the sidewalks as well as a new tarring of the roadway to guarantee the safety of pedestrians. -
Installation of slowing devices (speed bumps) on Avenue du Jura (D903)
The high speed of vehicles traveling on Avenue du Jura makes crossings dangerous for pedestrians and makes it difficult for vehicles to exit from Avenue des Roma. We are calling for the implementation of slowing devices, such as speed bumps, in order to reduce the speed of cars and make pedestrian crossings safer.
We are making the municipality aware of its responsibility in the event of an accident due to inaction regarding this critical situation. In the absence of a favorable response, we undertake to publicize this request to ensure that our safety and that of our families are taken into account.
