Cycling. Cyclo-cross – Worlds – The Belgian selection for Liévin… without Wout Van Aert
The Belgian Sports Commission announced this Monday the list of runners selected by the national coach Angelo De Clercq to participate in World Championships cyclocross, which will take place from Friday January 31 to Sunday February 2, 2025 in France in Liévin. If the Belgian stars Toon Aerts, Thibau Nys or even Niels Vandeputte will be present, Wout Van Aert was not selected. If he had announced at the start of the season that he would not participate in these Worlds, there was still doubt about his presence… doubt which therefore disappeared with this announcement.
