Two major municipal projects are underway in Ploumagoar (Côtes-d'Armor).
Jérémy Bihel, heritage assistant, takes stock of the progress of the construction of the multifunction room with a cultural vocation in Kergré and the house for childminders in the town (MAM).
Concerning the cultural hall, “there is no particular concern,” assures the elected official. The work is continuing. »
First stones laid on January 10
This is not completely the case for the MAM: “The work was a little late. We lost a few weeks, but we remain on schedule for July 2025.”
Penalties will be applied to the company causing the delay.
The laying of the first stone of these two buildings has been scheduled for Friday January 10 in the presence of the prefect of Côtes-d'Armor and the sub-prefect of Guingamp.
The meeting will also be used to inaugurate the PloumExpo room.
