Erling Haaland has left Manchester. Not City. Simply the city. And his apartment in which he has lived since his arrival at the Citizens in 2022.
From simple tenants in the city center, the Norwegian striker of Manchester City and his partner, Isabel Hausgeng Johansen, have thus become owners. The couple have in fact acquired a mansion with six bedrooms, worth several million euros, reported the Daily Mail.
The building is located about thirty minutes from the center of Manchester, in the county of Cheshire. Specifically, near Alderly Edge, a popular countryside for Manchester City and Manchester United footballers. So much so that the place has been nicknamed the “golden triangle”, in reference to the many wealthy players who have resided there or currently reside there.
A source explained to the daily The Sun that “Erling spent a few years downtown and loved it, but he wanted to have his own house and put down some roots. He wants a peaceful place, where he can relax and be more peaceful. It was difficult for him to go out in Manchester, he is so recognizable.”
