This thrilling crime drama series follows Oswald 'Oz' Cobb's attempts to take control of Gotham City. The city is in danger following the collapse of the dike that protected it and Oz seeks to fill the void left by the death of the powerful Carmine Falcone and thus finally offer his mother, Francis, the life he always promised her . However, Oz must first face his enemies, including Carmine's children, Sofia and Alberto Falcone; the Maroni family, headed by Salvatore, its patriarch currently behind bars; and the demoralizing reputation of Oz himself, nicknamed 'the Penguin'.
