But it is the absence of his lifelong friend (they met in 4e !) that Gérard Jugnot has had difficulty supporting since Michel Blanc died, on October 3, 2024, at the age of 72, from angioedema and a series of heart attacks following a very violent allergic reaction (a shock anaphylactic), perhaps an antibiotic.
Faced with this banal gesture which turned into a tragedy, Gérard Jugnot evokes Paris Match his dismay and this infinite bad luck, which would echo some of the roles that Michel Blanc had interpreted with so much talent. “A scary allergy to an antibiotic happens once in a million. And it fell on him,” laments the actorWe should have gone to Greece. “Why did Michel take this medication? We don’t know…” he wonders after having mentioned the fatal accident which took the life of their friend Coluche, who had not put on his helmet before getting on his motorbike.
A big lack
“Michel has disappeared.
