Guest on the show “On refait la télé” this Saturday, June 29 on RTL, Faustine Bollaert spoke about the threats and sexual messages she receives on social networks. And her attitude towards all of this.

Nerves of steel. Faustine Bollaert has established herself as one of the most prominent presenters on the small screen thanks to the success of her show “It begins today” on France 2. The 45-year-old presenter took advantage of her time in the program “On TV again”, this Saturday June 29 on RTL, to discuss the improbable or sexual messages that she receives on social networks due to her notoriety.

Personal attacks that she tries to play down by sharing them with her subscribers. “I sometimes take a little pleasure in posting the improbable messages that I can receive. With a little touch of humor because it’s light and it makes me smile. (…) I received a message from someone who told me that he had a file on me. Like I was transgender and that he was going to release all the photos… And that happens often,” confided the one who will host a daily show on RTL next fall.

“This type of threatening message happens often. Obviously, it was taken up in a dramatic way even though I had put a little smiley face to say that it was improbable but people took it at face value,” she analyzed with great hindsight. “There are also a lot of people who are fans of my feet. Obviously, I’m happy to be told about them, they are absolutely divine. But it’s still feet! So, I’m careful to cut off the feet as soon as I post photos,” she added with a saving sense of humor.
