Maripier Morin share with his community Instagram pregnancy advice she would have liked to have received at the start of hers.
It’s in story Instagram that the one who is expecting a second child has kindly given useful advice to future mothers.
“(…) if you are pregnant and you are starting your pregnancy, do not make the mistake that I made: not being followed at the beginning of the pregnancy by a perineal physiotherapist and/or an osteopath and/or an acupuncturist. I think it is really beneficial. I did not do it during my other pregnancy and there, I started late, I waited for the channel to arrive before starting to see all these wonderful people and it changed my pregnancy. So if I were you, I would start sooner rather than later and the combination of the three is magical”, she said, visibly grateful to have these specialists in her life.
