He stars in the video for the latest single by Menni Jab, a rapper from the emerging Bordeaux scene. This song is called “Reste encore” and highlights different actors to raise awareness of mental health problems and support, highlighting the importance of discussion and help on this too often taboo subject. The video will be released on Thursday October 10 to mark International Mental Health Day.

Originally from Mont-de-Marsan in the Landes, Emmanuel Roumat, who is also an animator at the Walygator amusement park from April to December, began his career as an actor in 2019. Trained at the Atelier Rive Gauche and at the School of the 7th Art in Bordeaux, he started with figuration and student short films.

In 2024, he joined the Aquitaine artistic agency in order to take off his career. He has played several roles. We could see him in the cinema in the feature film L’Établi, shot partly in Lot-et-Garonne. “I played a worker in the factory where the main character, played by Swann Arlaud, worked,” recalls Emmanuel Roumat.
The actor will also appear in the pilot episode of the series Le Daron, which will be broadcast on October 21 on TF1. “I have a small role and I have a scene with Didier Bourdon, the main actor of the series,” he explains. Recently, he also traveled to Sète, on the shores of the Mediterranean, to shoot an episode of “Candice Renoir”, the release of which is scheduled for 2025. Finally, Emmanuel Roumat began writing a single on stage (one man show). “It’s a project that is close to my heart. I plan to release it in 2025.”
