Three years after the death of Bernard Madoff, the American authorities are preparing to reimburse the last victims of the scam set up by the American businessman. On December 30, the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) announced in a statement that the tenth and final reparation payment. Amounting $131.4 million, it should concern 23,000 people. This sum comes from funds confiscated in the context of the Madoff affair.
