Casino announces that it has signed a firm agreement with Tikehau Capital relating to the sale in the second half of 2024 of a real estate portfolio of 30 assets, for more than 200 million euros to be received on the date of sale and additional amounts to be received subsequently.

This portfolio is made up of hypermarket and supermarket premises leased to the Casino, Intermarché, Carrefour and Auchan brands, as well as ancillary lots within these real estate complexes, some of which have real estate development potential.

Agreements were also signed to entrust the real estate management of this portfolio to the Casino group for a period of five years. This operation will reduce its financial debt to the bond lenders of its subsidiary Quatrim.
