Created in 2009 by Jean-François Feuillette, the bakery brand continues to expand. The point of sale located at 12 avenue Jean Perrin, in Mérignac, in fact the third bakery of the network in Gironde, and the 77th at the national level.
A room of 70 seats and a terrace with 50 seats allows you to taste the products on site. Breads, pastries, pastries, but also salads, sandwiches, quiches… On the menu, the brand promises “a wide range of sweet and savory products, designed with quality raw materials and manufactured mainly on site throughout the day for guarantee freshness.
The Mérignac bakery employs 35 people full-time, as bakers, pastry chefs, caterers and salespeople. It is open 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday from 6:30 a.m. and 8 p.m.
