Realstone (RSF)
Fund strategy
The Realstone fund invests mainly in residential buildings (min. 70%) located in large and medium-sized urban centers in Switzerland. The fund focuses on value-generating projects, such as land elevations, exploitation of buildable reserves from the existing portfolio and asset repositionings. All of these actions meet high energy efficiency criteria. Finally, the fund aims for an organic distribution objective of 3% on the net asset value (NAV).
