Erica: six episodes around three novels
It is in this way that she meets Patrick Saab (Grégory Fitoussi), police captain in charge of the case and who is very annoyed with this slightly invasive stranger, who walks on his flowerbeds and who, what’s more, sometimes has better intuition than him! But there is only one step from annoyance to attraction and these two will perhaps take it more quickly than they imagined… Fortunately, in this story which promises to be whirlwind, Erica can count on the support of her sister Anna (Maud Baecker) and Patrick on that of his colleague and friend Martin (Théo Fernandez).
The series Erica is composed of six episodes and adapts three novels by Camilla Läckberg: The ice princess, The preacher et The stonemason. These books are the first three in the Erica Falck and Patrick Hedström series, the one which made the novelist known throughout the world and which now includes eleven, the last – The cuckoo’s nest – having been published in 2024 in France, by the publishing house Actes Sud.
