Le Monastier-sur-Gazeille. Well-animated Book Autumns. The 27 e edition of the Automnales du livre of the community of communes Mézenc Loire Meygal will be held this week.
From Tuesday 8 to Friday 11 October students in the sector will benefit from meetings with children’s authors and illustrators.
Thursday October 10 at 9 p.m., a conference will take place at the Archéo-logis in Laussonne. Entitled “Needs for images… When art folds time”, the screening debate will be held in the company of filmmaker Jean-Luc Bouvret, artist Évelyne Lohr and archaeologist Jean-Paul Raynal.
Friday October 11, at 8:30 p.m., it will be the turn of the Lantriac library to host a conference on the following theme: “Graphic and artistic production techniques”. This will be a presentation of the exhibition: “Portraits”, visible in the Monastier and Lantriac libraries, which is the fruit of the collective work of students from DUT multimedia and internet professions and the national diploma. of crafts and design.
Explanations on the techniques and processes used for their creations will be provided by their visual arts teacher Frédéric Arrivé.
Saturday October 12, the Monastier library will be at the center of events with the book fair, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Various creative workshops are planned for this special day. From 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Nicole Exbrayat will lead a workshop entitled “Diversion of images” on the veranda. At the same location, the Friends of the Lantriac Book will have pop-up cards made, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
At 5 p.m., the family show Le voyage de Léa will be performed by the Phare sound company in the Cornélie-Falcon auditorium. Later, at 8:30 p.m., the day will end with the screening of the film Cinema Paradisio by Giuseppe Tornatore, a film for everyone aged 8 and up.
