From May 2 to 11, 2025, Dakar turns into a real gastronomic playground for the Dakar Restaurant Week, an event signed Cowaf (Community of West African Foodies). This culinary week promises an immersion in the heart of gastronomy in chic Dakar restaurants.
Cowaf: a community in the service of taste
Created to promote culinary wealth, Cowaf is a collective of cooking enthusiasts, chefs, restaurateurs and food lovers. Its ambition is to promote local talents, enhance the local products and strengthen African gastronomic identity.
