An innovative concept in France: Off Golf
Six months after its launch, Bluegreen X Ugolf, leader in the management of golf course in , draws up a positive assessment of “Off Golf”, their concept of entertainment unique in France.

Offering more fun, more conviviality, more music and still as much golf course, this new experience has attracted a large audience at the Bluegreen golf course in Rueil-Malmaison.

Off Golf: an enthusiastic public welcome

Since its inauguration in October 2024 (and the Fairways team was there), nearly 8,000 visitors have discovered this new way of living golf, in a friendly atmosphere with friends, or colleagues. Thanks to modern infrastructures incorporating Toptracer Range technology, and interactive targets, and themed relaxation areas, Off Golf offers a new way of approaching golf.

Not only intended for golf enthusiasts, Off Golf also offers a real location where visitors can take advantage of a friendly to eat, have a drink or simply have a good time with friends or family, in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

This success is reflected in economic results, with an increase of +40 % of the overall turnover and an increase of +48 % of the catering activity compared to the same period the previous year.

A concept that appeals to a new generation

With a desire to democratize golf and make it more accessible, Off Golf attracts a younger clientele: 75 % of visitors are under 50, with an average age of 35, against 56 years for the traditional customers of the Golf de Rueil-Malmaison. The festive atmosphere and interactive facilities continue to make the difference.

With this first positive assessment, the concept will continue its development in the coming months.
