After collision, drivers found dead with pipe railings – police are looking for witnesses
A 75-year-old car driver was found lifeless after an accident on Isenthalerstrasse.

On Saturday, May 3, the Uri cantonal police was informed about a traffic accident on Isenthalerstrasse shortly after 8 a.m. Accordingly, a car driver from Isenthal drove towards Islete, as the Uri cantonal police said on Monday. In the second last right curve, the car collided head -on with the pipe railing there. When the police patrol arrived, the driver was no longer on the vehicle. The 75-year-old man could be found lifeless in the rough terrain a little later.
The clarification of the circumstances that led to the death of the accident is the subject of the police investigation, which is carried out by the Uri cantonal police under the direction of the Uri public prosecutor.
