It is called Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, and so far no one had heard of it. This foundation, created a few months ago, has its headquarters in the center of Geneva, Place de Longemalle, and among its members is a Geneva lawyer. It is today at the center of the plan that the Israeli government has just adopted to take total control of food and humanitarian aid in Gaza alongside private mercenaries.
This weekend, the Israeli security firm unanimously approved a new project to “extend” military operations in Gaza. Now targeting, in the words of the Prime Minister, Benyamin Netanyahu, to the “occupation” of territory and to an “prolonged Israeli presence” in Gaza, this plan could mean a division, then a drastic narrowing, of the Palestinian enclave as well as new massive displacements of population.
