At the origin of Fina, the former mayor of the town of Coiserette, Christophe Masson, and four nature photographers (Clovis and Marceau Duraffourg, Claude Le Pennec, Christophe Mollet). A first edition, in 2019, which calls for others. Dedicated to nature, through photography and , the Inter'Nature Festival aims to be “an opening to the world, a look higher, further away”. With an important educational dimension, through conferences and exhibitions, with the aim of raising awareness of the defense of the environment among a wide audience.

The adventure continues, with 4,000 visitors each year, and some 55,000 euros in budget. See you on April 4, 5 and 6 for the 5e edition, with 1,300 m2 exhibition, some 80 mobilized volunteers, 28 photographers and 6 exhibiting artists.

A day dedicated to young audiences

“The formula, certainly unchanged compared to previous years, will be even more qualitative, both by the exhibitors and by the speakers, diverse and varied,” reveals Jacques Muyard, president of the Fina organizing association. The photographers will be exhibited at the sports center; the artists, in the village hall.”

Without forgetting the numerous films, slideshows, workshops, conferences which will be held at the Maison du peuple cinema, at the sports palace or at the Bavoux-Lançon room. Friday April 4 will be mainly dedicated to schools, with just over 900 students and teachers welcomed free of charge.

A world premiere

As guests of honor, Dorota and Bruno Sénéchal, tireless globetrotters of wildlife photography, rewarded numerous times for their work. They will present, in a world premiere, their latest project “Mahikan” about the wolves of the Canadian Great North. Either an exhibition, a film, a book, about a unique adventure, linked to a pack of nine wild wolves.

A Jura adventurer

Among the other headliners, Lubin Godin, 13-year-old Haut-Savoyard. “A promising young animal photographer, full of talent, who will have his first major exhibition,” according to Jacques Muyard.

Explorer François Bernard will be the godfather of the next Inter'Nature Festival. Discreet adventurer, writer, speaker, photographer, the Jura native has traveled the world, from the Bering Strait to Kamchatka, via Antarctica. Christophe Mollet specifies: “He is one of ten people in the world to have traveled alone to the three poles (south, north, Everest).
